Welcome to Artistic Bespoke Coffins. This is the sister site of diyfuneral.co.nz, where you can find out how to make funeral arrangements without using the services of a funeral home.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced casket or coffin, please click on the images below to see what I have available. Buying a casket here not only supports the diyfuneral website, but may also save on shipping costs and delivery time. Nearly all the unique and affordable products on this website have been made with care by an ordinary person in a shed, often using recycled materials. Even the flatpacks and kits are individually handmade. If you would like to commission something in particular please ask and one of my makers will be happy to make it for you.
I am always looking for people around the country to make up my basic flatpack caskets so they can be sourced locally by people who need them. Please contact me for further details if you, or someone you know, would be interested in doing this for me. If you are a quality woodworker who already makes coffins or urns, or would like to give it a go, I will be happy to sell whatever you make. I take a 25% commission on everything I sell, so 75% of whatever I receive for an item goes directly to the person who made it.
